This program is for change makers, senior executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders facing new challenges – anyone looking for tools to drive change in their organizations.
We are looking for executives with at least seven years of work experience and who are willing to experiment with new mindsets and behaviors.

The Fearless Leader program includes: six live two-and-a-half hour sessions once a week, plus two 20-minute coaching session.
The program is structured in three parts:
Part 1: Lead Yourself
In order to lead others, you must first learn how to lead yourself. Increase self-awareness, resilience, and creativity. Overcome your fears and lead from a place of courage.
Topics: Personal values and purpose. Feedback and blind spots. The power of relationships. Design your leadership style canvas. Adapt your leadership style to the context. How to hold yourself accountable.
Part 2: Lead Others
Collaboration, connection, and commitment. Drive people to do the best work of their lives.
Topics: From individual to collective leadership. Dealing with conflict and issues. Accountability partnerships. The wheel of change canvas. From limiting to liberating mindsets. Map your team journey. How to hold your team accountable.
Part 3: Lead Change
To build the future you want, you must transform the system. Learn how to design purpose-driven change. Overcome resistance to accelerate meaningful change.
Topics: The enemies of innovation. Overcoming resistance to change. Reframing the loss associated with change. Meaningful conversations that drive change. How to start a positive revolution. Build a culture of freedom and accountability.
This is a hands-on, interactive program. Set your own goals of what you want to get out of the program.
Be ready to challenge yourself and your ideas about leadership. The program combines live online classes, offline exercises, coaching, and working on a personal project.
Gather feedback and insights from a diverse cohort. Learn from like-spirited leaders from around the world.
The live classes are facilitated by Zoom and MURAL so you can access it from wherever you live.
This is a safe space for you to experiment with new behaviors and tools outside of the pressure of your work environment.

The Fearless Leader Program

1. Do I need to take any other program to attend?
No, this program is independent from the Culture Design Masterclass and the Build a Fearless Culture program.
2. Are the classes live or recorded?
The classes are live, online. You’ll learn by collaborating with other participants and receive feedback from everyone, not just the facilitators. If you miss one of the sessions, you’ll get a recording to watch it at your own convenience.
3. How long does each session last?
Each workshop lasts three hours, including a 10 minute break. We start and end on time.
4. Do I need to prepare ahead of each session?
We send an exercise prior to each session that could take anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes. By preparing ahead, we maximize the live interaction. In addition, you have to work on a project that needs to be completed by the end of the program.
